Playskool Busy Ball Popper

My niece had a similar toy to this when she was younger and had great fun watching the balls magically pop out of the machine all over the room. Of course, it's less about magic and more to do with the design of the toy wherein a battery powered air fan simply blows the balls out of the shoot at regular intervals. 

The Playskool Busy Ball Popper follows a similar principle to products of a similar ilk. When a button is pressed down - in this case in the shape of a smiley face - it's ball popping crazy fun, to equally crazy music and sound effects. 

Lily loves the way the five coloured balls emerge from the machine and finds it especially funny watching me crawling all over the floor playing ball girl, collecting the balls that have popped too far (which they seem to do way too much for my liking!) to put them back down the shoot, for them to pop all over the place once again. 

One warning: my afore mentioned niece decided that it would be fun to push balls from other toys she possessed down the shoot of her toy, quickly breaking it as obviously the balls supplied with this machine are light enough to be blown by the air fan. I discovered Lily had deposited one of our plug socket covers into her machine. Luckily enough it was the same weight as the balls and so popped out the next time I turned the toy on.
